I am a passionate about, helping people feel better, regain their bodies full potential of movement and reduce pain issues. 

Yoga can be practised by everyone but not everyone can practice every type. Each individual has different needs, body types, sensitivities and injuries. Which is why I develop personalised practices with the individual, group, school or business to assist in working towards their desired goals and needs but more importantly develop a regular self-practice, because a yoga practice does not truly develop unless you practice on your own. 

I’m here to remove the assumed complexities and commercialised bulldust of yoga to make it happen for you, exactly how you are today. I can come to you or you can visit me at my mini home studio in Hazelmere.

There is only one pre-requisite for yoga …. YOU! You don’t even need a mat, I have one for you 🙂

Why take a private yoga session?

Although yoga classes have grown in popularity over the years, it gives the impression that there is one solution to everyone’s body type, uniqueness and goals. As said by the father of modern yoga T. Krishnamacharya “it is not that the person needs to accommodate, him or-herself to yoga, but rather the yoga practice must be tailored to fit each person”1 (1995).
